What a fun fun idea! I love that we’re helping the pubs too! Win win. I think people would pay to find out which pubs are happy to have people stay for hours and are a good fit to get work done. I also think that you’re addressing the fact that people NEED human contact. Even introverts who think that we don’t need it. So many wins on this idea! Good luck!

Community spaces have been closing for decades now youth clubs, libraries, pubs etc. This idea goes some way to fighting the trend and is also more sustainable. There are too many buildings heated or cooled but underused.

I also find that if I’ve finished my main task before the end of the session I’ll do a task I wasn’t really looking forward to… I’d never do that at home, it just gets left undone. 😉

I agree, and pubs are so much bigger and comfier than cafés, such a shame we don't use them more for co-working... yet. 😉
