One Day is one of my favourite books, so I wasn't sure whether or not to watch the TV adaptation in case it ruined it. However, I have only heard wonderful things about it. I've just binged watched Griselda.
If you loved the quirky quicksand of Girls, I'd suggest Sex Education with Gillian Anderson (Scully!) at her finest. I was so late to the Lost series game that 10 episodes in, Netflix pulled it and then I lost interest in who was lost and mad at the lost hours. However, it is slated to return to Netflix in July. Currently, the easy addiction is an Aussie drama called The Secret Life of Us. It's saucy shades of Girls but filmed in Melbourne with the usual cast or restless twentysomethings. Warning: there are 20+ episodes per season so, it's a couch commitment. Thanks for the binge-balancing tip and this was tres funny: "By the time you get to the final episode in these elimination shows, thereโs only three people left and youโre struggling to give a shit who wins!" So true. The emotional gore is in the middle, especially when they're down to burning their own bones for calories. https://tv.apple.com/ca/show/the-secret-life-of-us/umc.cmc.6nnrxapil5ysz4tm48z8c55qz
What a brilliant mind! It's like a silly mash-up between Fleabag and the Baroness Von Sketch Show. Fun to see Libby Tanner for a brief moment too (Frankie's love interest, Bridget, from Wentworth!).
I'm a classic binge-watcher and have been known to stay up until the wee hours without realizing it! Shows I've binged: Shadow and Bone, Reacher, Jack Ryan, Stranger Things, Citadel, The Bodyguard (So. Good), The Witcher (so pissed that Henry's out), Sherlock Holmes (with Benedict Cumberbatch), The Mandalorian (the first two seasons), Merlin (I still need to watch the 5th and final season, actually), The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and Loki (first season).

If you already know the ending, thereโs no harm in looking. ๐๐
Missed it! I will take a look. Thank you!
Great tips Kate ๐ Iโll add โgirlsโ to my binge list. Iโm always late to the party! Hoping it rains all weekend now!
You are in for such a treat, am jealous you get to watch it all for the first time! ๐๐๐
I donโt have the right channel for girls sadly, but I just been binging Fisk on Netflix which I recommend! ๐๐ผ
Me too, I love that show, I think Iโve recommended it here too! ๐ฅฐ

I loved the first 2 seasons of Sex Education, but the third lost it I think. ๐
Will def check out The Secret Life of Us, I love Aussie Tv, currently enjoying Fisk on Netflix. ๐๐
This is so great getting everyoneโs recommendations, thank you so much! ๐ฅฐ๐๐
I hear you on season 3. Gillian was so undone. I just watched the Fisk trailer--thank you! I was almost in a binge void!
Update. Four episodes in. Fisk is just what we didn't know we were looking for.
So glad you love it! ๐ฅฐ
Also worth noting that the main actor Kitty Flanagan, who plays Helen, also co-wrote, created and directed it! ๐ ๐ ๐

Omg! I do not know Baroness Von Sketchโฆ but I will do soon! ๐ love Fleabag obvs. ๐ฅฐ
It's a Canadian series, so you may have to tap into some maple trees to get to it, Kate!

Itโs such a lovely thing to get ensconced in a TV show, it sounds like you are an aficionado! I will jot down those suggestions!
Loving Sherlock and Bodyguard too! ๐ฅฐ
